Our standard rate for a counseling session is $150. However, we understand that financial circumstances can vary. If you need assistance with the cost, we offer a sliding scale option, which allows us to adjust the fee based on your individual financial situation. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will do our best to find a rate that works for you.
We offer a wide range of mental health services, including individual counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, trauma, grief, spirituality and more.
The frequency of counseling sessions with One Foot Forward will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes. However, some types of therapy or specific situations may require longer sessions. We will discuss the duration based on your needs.

This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the counseling process, confidentiality, and what to expect moving forward. The goal is to create a comfortable environment and set expectations and determine if we are a right fit for you.

If you are in immediate distress or experiencing a mental health emergency, please dial 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. We also recommend contacting a crisis helpline or texting a helpline in your area for immediate support.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.
Counseling can be helpful if you’re struggling with mental health issues, relationship problems, or life transitions. If you’re unsure, we encourage you to schedule a 20-minute consultation. In which, I help assess your needs and guide you toward the best course of action.
Yes! We offer secure online counselling via video or phone calls through an online software program (e.g. Jane App). Allowing you to receive support for the comfort of your home. Please contact us to learn more about the options available.
